Pav Bhaji is my favorite too!

As far as breads, I would think brioche would work very well since it has a rich and tender crumb.</description>

I found some &#039;salt rolls&#039; at a local Asian grocery (Uwajimaya) that have a somewhat close flavor &amp; soft texture (but are a little sweeter).
