Hi Laura, thanks for your comment. I did not realize Evan and Dave were gluten intolerant and you and Pari were allergic to foods. Nice tip about the ground flax seed. Will try that next time.

Hey Sanjay, cool blog. Evan is gluten intolerant and Dave is gluten, soy, egg, dairy, some nuts and… I am allergic to eggs and peanuts/almonds.. so appreciate the recipes! Pari is lactose intolerant… Yes we know how it feels to not be able to eat out much but you’re right about all the resources out there – we have gotten very creative with our cooking these days. Ground flax seed mixed w/boiling water makes a nice egg replacer when baking. Thanks again.

Oh..it’s frustrating to see our kids in pain. Hope she is getting better now. I really didn’t know that gluten cause to this trouble. Thanks a lot for sharing info. Loved Karina’s website link. She has an amazing blog.
Your banana bread cake look so soft and yummy. I wud love to add walnuts instead.
