Naan is an Indian bread that is usually baked in a tandoor oven that is heated to 700 – 800˚F. It goes really well with curries, veggies or can just be eaten plain. I have created gluten-free version of the Naan that came out soft and chewy.

Dum Aloo is a potato curry that is braised in a spicy yogurt sauce and goes quite well with hot Naan. This recipe uses cashew nuts to thicken the curry sauce along with poppy seeds. It is a nutritious dish and better eaten immediately after it is cooked.
